You are always there for our Homewise Customers Responsibilities:Taking inbound leads & making outbound calls, online, by phone, or in person and converting them to closed mortgage applications (you will receive an average of 2-3 leads per day)Driving your own self sourced mortgage clients Ensure a smooth mortgage application process for clients, provide insight and thought to continuously improve the customer experience, handling customer complaints, should they ariseSubmit to Lawyers and LendersEnsure all lender conditions are met prior to closing to the closing dateData entry into Filogix Expert and in the Homewise Relationship Manager, and other systems of our digital platform.Maintaining your Certified Mortgage Agent designation (a must) based on your province of residence Requirements:Excellent digital environment skills. We mean by that you are very good with computers and office software packages (by the way, let us know if you are a touch typist).
