With a user-centric approach and a robust review and performance management system, TempStars has achieved over 97% satisfaction among dental offices.TempStars is the leader and innovator in the dental temping and hiring space, with an adventurous and early-adopter spirit and risk tolerance to push the envelope of technology.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a dynamic Growth Specialist located in Toronto, ON. The role includes both office and remote work. As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing social media, creating content, editing videos and images, and driving business development and partnerships to fuel our growth.Who You Are • You are located in Ontario with the ability to meet regularly in the GTA, for in-person collaboration, as a hybrid remote and in-person (2 days per week) position. • A creative and strategic thinker with experience in social media management, content creation, and business development. • Proficient in design and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to build and nurture partnerships and drive business development initiatives. • A driven individual with innate self-driven initiative to make things happen. • Passionate about TempStars’ mission to improve the work lives of dental professionals and driven by the core values of trustworthiness, data-informed decisions, and growth learning & adaptation.Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Create compelling content for various platforms, including video, image, and written formats. • Edit and produce high-quality videos and images to support marketing campaigns. • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand TempStars’ reach. • Driving results and reporting KPIs for partnerships and social media success • Develop business relationships and drive initiatives that support mutual growth. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize impact. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.Qualifications • Proven experience as a professional in social media management, content creation, and business development. • Strong design and video editing skills. • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Why TempStars?Become part of a team led by a practicing dentist and thought leader in the dental industry, and contribute to a product that boasts over 500,000 hours of shifts filled and improves the dental work experience across North America, making a positive impact on the work lives of dental professionals.Take advantage of the opportunity to work with a company on the leading edge of innovations that values direct connections, transparency, and community, in a rewarding environment where innovation is encouraged, and your work directly impacts the lives of thousands.How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to apply if you live in the Greater Toronto Area and are able to meet regularly in person for collaborative work.Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter explaining your interest and how you align with TempStars’ mission and values, and any relevant portfolio items.We’re looking forward to meeting a Growth Specialist who’s not just looking for a job, but a meaningful career on the innovative edge of the dental industry.
