Language Requirement: Fluent French and English Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment with strong sourcing capability Role Scope: Corporate recruitment across all levels, including Operations, Call Center, IT, Finance, Business Development, Auditing, Investigations, and more. Role Overview This role is designed for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced, evolving environment. The specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts while shaping sourcing strategies, nurturing talent pipelines, and supporting multiple business units with strong stakeholder partnership. Autonomy, adaptability, and a calm, relationship-oriented approach are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for assigned business groups. Conduct intake/strategy meetings with hiring leaders to clarify job requirements and expectations. Post roles, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and manage interview scheduling. Negotiate offers and manage reference checks and background checks through third-party partners. Handle 15–20 requisitions at one time, ranging from entry-level to mid-senior roles. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, leveraging LinkedIn, social platforms, and niche avenues. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and professional associations to increase hiring visibility. Coordinate participation in job fairs, especially for co-op and early talent hiring. Support and promote internal employee referral programs and communications. Share market intelligence, trends, and competitive insights to inform hiring strategy and workforce planning. Provide consistent updates—written and verbal—to Recruitment leadership and HR partners. Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience grounded in responsiveness, service, and inclusivity. Network and build strong talent pipelines with industry professionals. Take on additional responsibilities based on evolving business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruitment experience. 4–5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience. Strong bilingual proficiency in English and French. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries is an asset. Demonstrated success in roles requiring direct sourcing and proactive talent identification. Strong organizational ability with capacity to manage high requisition volumes. Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams. Excellent judgment, discretion, and influencing skills. Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and ATS systems. Passion for recruitment and a desire to continue growing within the Talent Acquisition field. Work Model Notes Local candidates (Mississauga area) follow a hybrid model with two on-site days per week. Candidates located in Montreal or Ottawa may be considered for a remote work model. Work environment is fast-paced, fluid, and often unstructured—requiring independence, adaptability, and resilience. Strong interpersonal intelligence is key: ability to read personalities, flex communication styles, and maintain composure under pressure. Requires relationship-building acumen and comfort with varying communication preferences (from high-touch to low-touch).
