Require experience in Sage 50, in payables and in inventory (will train) along with extensive experience in Microsoft Excel on programming (not just Date entry). Responsibilities: - Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments - Review and analyze vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies - Manage vendor relationships, including resolving payment discrepancies and addressing vendor inquiries - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable Skills: - Proficiency in Sage 50- Strong analytical skills to review and analyze financial data - Knowledge of account reconciliation processes and procedures - Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills to interact with vendors, colleagues, and management If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounts payable management, we encourage you to apply.
