Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kelowna. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and quality control. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and concerns, managing budgets and expenses, implementing company policies and procedures, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
- Customer service orientation and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
