Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kelowna. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and quality control. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and concerns, managing budgets and expenses, implementing company policies and procedures, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.QualificationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and problem-solving skillsExperience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial roleKnowledge of hotel operations and proceduresFinancial acumen and ability to manage budgetsCustomer service orientation and strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
