Clinical Sales Specialist Greater Toronto Area

Our client, a global specialty pharmaceutical company is seeking a Therapeutic Specialty Representative to join their team. The incumbent will be focusing on the specialty of Psychiatry and must have experience in this therapeutic area. Responsible for the delivery of specific sales objectives.
Build value-based relationships amongst key stakeholders, providing education on the appropriate utilization of the company's products in the field of Psychiatry.
Contribute to the company’s strategic business planning process by providing field insights and innovative thinking towards the achievement of the company's sales goals.
Ensure all activities are made in strict respect of local rules and the company's code of conduct and compliance SOPs.
Achieve the business and scientific knowledge base to competently present to all key customers within this field.
Manage activities in a broad geographical area with diverse account types.
Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related subject is required.
Sales experience in the area of Psychiatry is a must. Experience in the field of addiction is an added asset.
Strong interpersonal, communication skills, with a track record of building long standing influential customer relationships.
Proven ability to understand and operate in a scientific, technically complex therapeutic area.
Possess a sound understanding of pharmaceutical sales.
