Looking to start your IT career and have a strong interest in information security? This is a full-time, remote role, for an Application Support Analyst . The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing application technical support and troubleshooting for our direct and partner customers. The Application Support Analyst will also collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.
Ensure support requests are addressed and responded to within our service level agreements (SLAs)
Troubleshoot and resolve support requests using various channels (ticketing systems, community forums, calls, screen-sharing etc.)
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience in application support and technical support is a plus
Experience in data observability or security platforms, such as Splunk, is a plus
