We are a dynamic and fast-paced operation in based in the Truck Transportation Industry, looking to add a Contract Preventative Maintenance Scheduler to our Contract Services Department.
The role of the Contract Preventative Maintenance Scheduler will be to support the Maintenance contract side of the Contract Services Department by connecting with customers to schedule all annual and bi-annual inspections on equipment. Schedule Maintenance: Coordinate with customers and equipment users to schedule maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is available for service as needed.
Set up Preventive Maintenance (PM) Codes: Responsible for creating and configuring PM codes in the system at the beginning of the initial contact to ensure accurate tracking and scheduling of maintenance activities.
Generate and distribute regular reports to customers, advising them of upcoming maintenance due dates for their equipment.
Equipment Hour Collection: Collect and record the operating hours of equipment to track usage and determine maintenance needs.
Schedule maintenance services with outside vendors for equipment located outside the primary territory.
Invoice Processing: Process and manage sublet invoices from external vendors to ensure accurate and timely billing along with internal repair orders.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding maintenance schedules, service updates, and any potential delays.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, equipment hours, and service schedules.
Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and maintenance contract terms.

Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in using various computer applications and software.
Excel Expertise : Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage pivot tables, perform VLOOKUP functions, and utilize other advanced Excel features such as conditional formatting, data validation, and complex formulas.
Punctuality and Commitment: Punctual to shifts and willing to put in additional time where needed to ensure success within the Contract Services team.
