3 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.
~5 years of demonstrated financial system support experience with a focus on Canadian health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software.
~3 years of demonstrated Meditech financial suite experience including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Materials management.
~demonstrated experience leading and producing business analysis documentation (E.g., business requirements, patient journeys, functional specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability, SOPs, test plans and test cases).
~ Previous experience working within healthcare environments showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.


Detailed review of existing business requirements and technical current state documentation.
Collaborate with technical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of data requirements and standards.
Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirement, including gap analysis.
Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, integration diagrams, user guides, and training materials, to ensure seamless adoption of new technology.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements to support the planning, management, and progression of the technical workstreams within the CIS project; recommend and implement solutions to achieve defined objectives, monitoring their effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of the Clinical Information Solution, including effective communication plans for stakeholders.
