Location : Remote in Montreal (ideally) and open to other locations
Requirement : Must have a deep passion for and understanding of eSports, particularly in the FPS and/or MOBA.
Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to bolster the Product Marketing function within their company, steering marketing strategies for its associated crucial projects aimed at enhancing player awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention.
As a leader, you'll spearhead marketing initiatives with a highly collaborative cross-functional team, comprising internal team members primarily and occasional external parties such as Product, Partnership, Social, Community, Influencers, and PR, all working towards achieving business growth.
Develop and execute global marketing plans for product/subscription services
Leverage data to craft personalized user journeys that provide the best experience for players
Set measurable KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign performance
Understand the eSports and coaching industries along with the competitive landscape
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute tactics across paid media, social, CRM, partnerships, etc.
Write creative briefs and oversee the production of marketing collateral
Partner closely with Product Management to identify audience segments and marketing opportunities for key features
5+ years lifecycle marketing experience with 2+ years in brand marketing (eCommerce / subscription service experience preferred)
~ Deep passion for and understanding of eSports, particularly in the FPS and/or MOBA genres
~ Experience developing and executing global marketing campaigns, paid media, social, CRM, partnerships, etc.
~ Creative problem solver, be it campaign optimizations or building new processes
