In this role, you will have the opportunity to be entrepreneurial, serving as one of the early members of the team and helping shape the future of our practice. We are looking for someone who embodies our core values:Courage, persistence and gritNot afraid to roll up your sleeves when neededEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work with autonomyThe role:This role is for someone who can wear multiple hats including:All areas of a project implementation lifecycle (Pre-sales, Scoping, Solution Architecture and Design, Model Building, Testing and Training)Client relationship managementManaging a teamAs a foundational member at Amvent, you will also have the ability to create and lead your own team. If you are someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and want to have a big impact on the company, this role is for you.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) and planning systems spaceIn-depth knowledge of planning systems ideally Pigment but we are open to candidates who have experience in Anaplan, Adaptive Planning or Planful.Prior experience working as a Solution Architect or Lead Model BuilderPrior experience leading projects with clients (pre-sales, scoping, design, implementation, testing, user enablement etc)Expertise in one of the following use cases:FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)Workforce PlanningSPM (Sales Performance Management)Supply Chain ManagementWhat we offer: Above market compensation along with a competitive bonus programRemote workBenefits - Health, Dental, VisionFlexible Time Off policyPaid Public HolidaysMonthly Internet and Mobile stipendWhere the role can be based:Anywhere in Canada and USNote: We do not provide any immigration support at this time
