Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the CEO to review
Work closely with the CEO and dev team and collaborate on executing various marketing objectives
Develop and manage the overall marketing department budget
Oversee and manage the content creators, public relations, influencers and digital marketing agency to ensure key performance indicators are met
Increase website and app conversion rates
Create, execute and track sales campaigns and email marketing that will increase sales
Ensure marketing spend has an overall return on investment while strategizing how to lower cost per lead/acquisition

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
