RJS LAW's practice is focused on a broad range of business/corporate/commercial matters, regulatory, financial institutions work, and corporate succession planning.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at RJS LAW Professional Corporation. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for for conducting Asset and Share transactions, drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of corporate transactions and contracts; shareholders agreements, assisting clients with business structuring and incorporations, commercial leasing, and related corporate and commercial work.

The successful candidate(s) must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario; and will have 5-10 years of solid in-house an d private practice experience in Canada. They will have experience in corporate and commercial law, will thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for the opportunity to grow with us. We are a professional and energetic team with a focus on providing well-rounded service to our clients. Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
Law degree from a Canadian law school is a required
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
Ability to provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Experience conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
License to practice law in the province of Ontario
Additional experience in business and commercial transactions is a plus
