We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Home Renovator to oversee and execute various renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of construction processes, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Plan, manage, and execute home renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Supervise and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and expertise in all aspects of home renovation.
Conduct site evaluations to assess and plan renovation needs and requirements.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion.
Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, regulations, and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during renovation projects promptly and efficiently.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the company.

Proven experience in home renovation or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Relevant certifications in construction, building, or renovation are preferred.
