You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and fostering ongoing support for patients throughout their treatment experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinate and track patient appointments
- Maintain communication between clinic, pharmacy, and Haven
- Process all necessary post-infusion paperwork promptly
- Manage incoming communications with efficiency
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their healthcare teams
- Completed Grade 12 with 2 years of relevant experience
- Must be French and English bilingual
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Proficient in technology and Microsoft Office tools
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
