In this role, you’ll have the option to work remotely or at the CDW Canada office closest to you.
Implement Microsoft Copilot for M365 for our clients, working independently and collaboratively on project-based engagements.
· Deliver Microsoft Workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoC) in various areas
· Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from project kickoff, to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.
· Create project documentation such as diagrams and configuration “as-built” documents.
· Participate in architectural design discussions and scoping related activities.
· Assist pre-sales Solution Architects by reviewing Statement of Work and Work Breakdown documentation to ensure that estimates and expectations align with technical tasks.
· Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and status reporting.
5+ years of IT experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role, OR:
o 2+ years of IT consulting experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role.
· Experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI or similar technologies and the willingness to complete training and certifications in the AI space.
·2 or more Microsoft certification(s) related to Microsoft 365 administration, security and\or architecture. Specific implementation experience in 2 or more of the following areas:
o Teams Implementation
o SharePoint implementation
· Experience troubleshooting in large, enterprise environments with exposure to formal change control processes.
· Strong organizational and time management skills (you will be working with multiple different clients and projects at the same time).
· Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident of Canada status.
Previous experience as a consultant or in a customer facing technical support role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
· Implementation experience in the following areas:
o Microsoft Purview
o Microsoft Azure
o Microsoft Power Platform
o Microsoft Viva
· Additional certifications related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.
· Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Partner of Record programs.
