Jouw rol als Lead Product Manager bij Fox Crypto
Als Lead Productmanager ben je een inhoudelijk sterke en strategisch denkende product manager en fungeer je tevens als teamlead van het het team product en markt. Over een week gezien ben bezig met de volgende taken:

Lead Productmanager (~60%): Naast dat je zelf verantwoordelijk bent voor een productline, houd je ook de vinger aan de pols van de andere product managers. Je bent (samen met het product management team) verantwoordelijk voor alle productmanagement keuzes (technisch, marketing en commercieel) binnen Crypto Commercial products.

Teamlead (~20%): Je bent HR verantwoordelijk voor het team product en markt. Je brengt de mensen in het team verder door kennis van product management en een coachende manier van leidinggeven.

Onderdeel van Crypto product team (~20%): Tot slot ben je onderdeel van het Crypto product team. Dit kleine virtuele team adviseert het Crypto MT over product strategie en welke producten te voeren.

Je bent bekent met moderne product management technieken en tools en niet bang deze zelf te gebruiken (en je collega's te overtuigen van het nut);

Kennis/Affiniteit met de commerciele/marketing kant van product management.
