The Finance Solution Architect is a very dynamic, multi-faceted role which includes leading SAP S/4 HANA private cloud implementations, serving as a trusted Finance expert, advisor and mentor to the Rizing EAM team and contributing to business development through leading complex discussions with clients and potential clients to promote Rizing’s latest offerings. This role will have substantial influence and input into the overall design and will coach both the Rizing team and the customer in adoption of SAP best practices.

Provides strategic guidance for SAP project planning, integration and overall solution architecture.
Provides project leadership to Professional Services team members to implement best practice decisions that successfully impact the overall platform.
Provides guidance in promoting designs, tools, and new features that take full advantage of SAP and Rizing’s most up-to-date offerings.
Supports project leads in translating business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
Provides input on training and expands upon SAP skillset and knowledge of industry trends/technologies by participating in Rizing competency centers.

Aide les chefs de projet à traduire les objectifs commerciaux en solutions appropriées tout en évaluant la faisabilité et l'optimisation de la solution.
Prend en charge de solides initiatives de développement commercial en communiquant avec les clients actuels et potentiels concernant les capacités, fonctionnalités et solutions étendues les plus adaptées à leurs besoins.
Obtient de nouvelles affaires en collaborant avec le développement commercial pour organiser des ateliers, rédiger des réponses aux appels d'offres et résoudre les problèmes uniques des clients.
Cultive la connaissance des processus commerciaux spécifiques à l'industrie et la familiarité avec les stratégies fonctionnelles, les objectifs et les plans pertinents grâce à la mise en réseau avec des groupes d'experts spécifiques aux produits et aux sujets, en interne et en externe.
Fournit des commentaires sur la formation et développe les compétences SAP et les connaissances des tendances/technologies du secteur en participant aux centres de compétences Rizing.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or other related field; 8-10 years of experience in a hands-on SAP FICO implementation role.
~ Multiple full lifecycle implementations of S/4HANA Finance and Controlling as a Workstream Lead and/or Solution Architect.
~ Deep Understanding of SAP best practices used in Finance and Controlling business processes, including Month End/Year End Close, Order to Cash, Req to Check, Dunning, etc.
~ Experience and familiarity with SAP solutions to include Treasury, Fixed Asset Accounting (FI-AA), and Lease Accounting (RE-FX-LA).
~ SAP G/L, Chart of Accounts and Org Structure Design, and ability to optimally combine and restructure data from multiple legacy systems as part of the design.
~ Implementation experience across multiple industries. Experience in asset-intensive industries preferred (e.g., Oil & Gas, Utilities, Transportation, Manufacturing, etc.).
~ Significant knowledgeable related to Finance integration with other areas of SAP S/4HANA, including RE-FX, Sales & Distribution, Plant Maintenance, Project Portfolio Management, Project Systems , Materials Management, Production Planning, etc.
~ Revenue Recognition experience, to include design and implementation experience with CO-PA.
~ Multi-bank integration experience.

~ Expérience et familiarité avec les solutions SAP pour inclure la trésorerie, la comptabilité des immobilisations (FI-AA) et la comptabilité des baux (RE-FX-LA).
~ SAP G/L, conception de plan comptable et de structure organisationnelle, et capacité à combiner et restructurer de manière optimale les données de plusieurs systèmes existants dans le cadre de la conception.
~ Connaissance approfondie de l'intégration financière avec d'autres domaines de SAP S/4HANA, notamment RE-FX, ventes et distribution, maintenance d'usine, gestion de portefeuille de projets, systèmes de projet, gestion des matériaux, planification de la production, etc.
~ Expérience d'intégration multi-banques.
