Impactful Role: Lead transformative projects that redefine operational excellence.
Proven Expertise: 7–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering and process improvement, ideally within structural steel, manufacturing, or construction.
Lean & Digital Mastery: Proven experience in Lean manufacturing techniques, coupled with a forward-thinking approach to digital tools and technology integration (Tekla, BIM, real-time tracking systems).

Expert-level proficiency in data analysis, with a track record of using insights to drive measurable improvements and strategic decisions.
A leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, bringing together shop, project, and field teams for aligned outcomes.
Process Analysis & Optimization : Lean Manufacturing Implementation : Apply Lean principles like 5S, Kaizen, and Just-In-Time inventory to minimize waste in time, materials, and resources.
Design optimal layouts and improve material flow to streamline fabrication processes, reduce travel time, and enhance field readiness.
Data Collection and Analysis : Collect and analyze production, quality, and logistics data to identify performance trends and determine areas for adjustment.
Cross-Functional Coordination : Standardize communication protocols between shop, project, and field teams, and implement systems to track and report fabrication progress, shipment status, and delivery schedules.
Implement Just-In-Time delivery scheduling, establish standards, and enhance tracking to reduce errors, deficiencies, and missing pieces in the field.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Work closely with the Quality Management team to develop and refine SOPs to ensure consistent quality and productivity across shop and field operations.
Training and Development : Provide training to employees on Lean methodologies, new technologies, and updated SOPs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
