About This Role

Husky Technologies is seeking a seasoned Senior Industrial IoT Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge IIoT systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing industrial-scale IoT networks, ensuring seamless integration with our Advantage+Elite monitoring system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop IoT Systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust IoT architectures that ensure secure and reliable data flow between devices and platforms.
  • Conduct Research and Development: Stay abreast of advancements in IoT-related technologies and trends to drive innovation within Husky Technologies, exploring new IoT technologies, platforms, and methodologies for potential implementation.
  • Ensure System Compatibility: Oversee the installation of IIoT devices and networks in industrial settings, guaranteeing system compatibility and efficiency in data collection and processing.
  • Develop Cloud-Based Applications: Design and deploy cloud-based applications to manage and analyze data collected from IoT devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data privacy, security, and device interoperability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Controls/Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing IoT systems in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead and work both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
