- Ensure accurate submission of development permit applications
- Communicate with the public regarding development and safety codes
- Prepare minutes and agenda for Municipal Planning meetings
- Conduct field inspections and compile detailed reports
- Maintain proper document management for development files
- High school diploma with two years of further education
- At least one year of relevant administrative experience
- Familiarity with municipal development regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid Class 5 drivers’ license
