The Executive Coordinator to the Chief Finance Officer will beresponsible for a variety of high-level administrative tasks in supportof the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and may also support other seniormanagers.\\The Executive Coordinator to the CFO will perform a variety ofhigh-level administrative tasks, which may include managing the CFOscalendar, managing related meeting logistics, domestic and internationaltravel arrangements, and reporting and tracking information for the CFO.They will create, oversee, and work to consistently improvecommunications to all members within the Finance Business Unit andbeyond. In addition to supporting the CFO, the Coordinator will alsosupport the Finance Leadership Team with calendaring, meetingsmanagement and some travel. This position will work in close cooperationwith all members within the organization, including executive leaders,senior leaders, staff, trustees, Board of Directors and donors, as wellas customers, vendors, and business relations.\\The Executive Coordinator duties can be highly confidential and willrequire comprehensive knowledge of TNCs policies, procedures andoperations guidelines that they will need to adhere to and may provideguidance on. They may provide operational support to the executive, suchas organizing financial and technical reports. They will be expected toimprove workflow and solve problems within the executive administrativesupport function. They must have advanced knowledge of the technicalsystems and resources utilized by the CFO in order to providesatisfactory support to the CFO and senior management team. This rolewill report to the Director of Operations for the Office of the CFOwithin The Nature Conservancys Finance Business Unit and will serve onboth the Finance Leadership team and the Finance BUs Operations SupportTeam.
