We're looking for a Web Project Manager. Managing people and projects is in your wheelhouse? Answering to the PMO, you'll be taking part in developing new online platforms, mobile apps, e-commerce sites, online services, and activities related to content and digital marketing.


Ensure client satisfaction regarding the progress of projects, from graphic design to online deployment;
Work closely with our experts to develop project plans, choose technological options, architecture, and technical specifications;
Inform clients and internal teams of unforeseen events that may impact project execution;
Plan, monitor, and supervise the daily work of teams at all stages of the project through meetings (such as daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and sprint retrospectives);
Manage the three major aspects of projects: scope (what the project includes and excludes), budgets (estimated hours, actual hours, remaining work), and deadlines;
Ensure the quality of deliverables by applying the agency's methodology;
Establish, monitor, and revise the project schedule throughout its realization;
Anticipate risks and plan mitigation measures.
Have five to eight years of project management experience, including at least three in Agile mode;
Have the ability to understand the client's business objectives and translate them into project requirements;
Have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple multidisciplinary projects;
Have an excellent proficiency in French, as well as functional English;
Master Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and Ms-Project.
5 hour work week with a flexible schedule;
Remote or hybrid mode;
