Ayant pour mandat de réduire le risque d’accidents du travail, le gestionnaire HSE collaborera avec tous les gestionnaires et le personnel du service pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des approches et des programmes de sécurité conformes à toutes les exigences et normes.
HSE
· Piloter et déployer le système de management HSE sur son site
· Assister et rendre compte à la direction du site et à la direction HSE de sa division dans les domaines de la santé et de la sécurité au travail et de l’environnement
· Assurer la conformité aux exigences légales et autres exigences HSE applicables sur le site
· Assurer le respect des procédures, des instructions, des directives HSE et des règles d’or
· Veiller à ce que les procédures et les instructions HSE de son département soient toujours adaptées et mises à jour
· S’assurer, en collaboration avec les autres gestionnaires de service/département, que l’équipement de son site est en bon état et fonctionne en toute sécurité. Assurer l’avancement des actions HSE
· Veiller à ce que les ressources nécessaires soient mises à disposition pour garantir la préservation de la santé et de la sécurité des personnes de son service/département
· Préparer et (co-)diriger la revue de gestion HSE.
Mettre à jour et tenir à jour tous les dossiers de santé et de sécurité dans le portail Web des rapports d’entreprise
· Élaborer et offrir des programmes de formation connexes, documenter les résultats et en rendre compte.
· Aider, soutenir et auditer la direction hiérarchique pour s’assurer que des programmes HSE efficaces sont mis en œuvre et fonctionnent
· Participer aux plans de formation du site en menant des programmes d’orientation des employés, de formation sur les interventions d’urgence et de formation pour les opérations
· Aider à maintenir les plans et procédures de préparation du site et d’urgence
· Maintenir les systèmes de classement concernant la formation et la sécurité des employés
· Diplôme universitaire en environnement, santé et sécurité au travail, hygiène industrielle ou dans un domaine pertinent
· Connaissance approfondie des politiques et procédures locales, provinciales et fédérales, ainsi que des lignes directrices générales en matière de sécurité et d’environnement
· Bonne connaissance de l’analyse des données et de l’évaluation des risques
· Capacité d’interpréter, d’analyser et de présenter des données
· Maîtrise du bilinguisme (anglais et français) - parlé et écrit

With the mandate of reducing the risk of work-related accidents, the HSE Manager will collaborate with all department managers and staff to develop and implement approaches and safety programs compliant with all requirements and standards.
HSE
· Lead and deploy the HSE management system on its site
· Assist and report to the site management and the HSE management of his/her division in the fields of Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment
· Ensure compliance with legal and other applicable HSE requirements at the site
· Ensure compliance with procedures, instructions, HSE guidelines and golden rules
· Ensure that the HSE procedures and instructions of his/her department are always adapted and updated
· Ensures, in collaboration with the other service/department managers, that the equipment at his/her site is in good condition and operates safely. Ensure the progress of HSE actions
· Ensure that the necessary resources are made available to guarantee the preservation of the health and safety of the people in his/her service/department
· Ensure that the necessary resources are available to guarantee the limitation of the environmental impacts of his/her service/department
· Prepare and (co-)lead the HSE management review.
Develop and implement safety programs compliant with all regulations and standards
· Provide daily guidance and direction in regards to HSE programs and rules
· Update and maintain all health and safety records in the corporate reporting web portal
· Collaborate with all departments to develop approaches to prevent and reduce risk of work-related injuries and accidents
· Ensure that contractors/subcontractors/suppliers working on the property are in compliance with Lisi Aerospace policies and safety requirements
· Develop and provide related training programs and document and report on results
· Assist, support and audit line management to ensure that effective HSE programs are implemented and are working
· Participate in Site Training Plans by conducting employee orientation, emergency response training and training programs for the operations
· Maintain all logs and documentations associated with permits and regulatory requirements
· Assist with maintaining the Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans and Procedures
· Accountable for researching and writing permit applications and work with environmental group and be compliant in completing permit reporting requirements
· Maintain filing systems regarding employees training and safety
· University degree in Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or relevant field
· In-depth knowledge of local, provincial, and federal policies and procedures, as well as general safety and environment guidelines
· Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
· Ability to interpret, analyze, and present data
· Excellent communication skills, as well computer skills
· Bilingual (English and French) proficiency - spoken and written
