Finance Transformation
Transform a finance organization which has organically been growing, is very steady and manages processes in line with expectations
Work Closely with Current CFO to implement change within Finance,
PMO for the finance transformation agenda, embedded in the global finance transformation planning
Oversee the change management elements of the transformation to ensure that the changes are sustainable throughout the organization in long term
Manage different initiatives in parallel in coordinating R2R, OTC & PTP processes in coordination with ERP upgrade and other initiatives - innovation & automation
Ensure consistency in approach of project management with other finance transformation projects, with the support of the group transformation director, the wider finance organisation and the transformation office
Cross functional & cross regional alignment in transformation needs, financials and collaboration
Responsible for issues and risk management, project level status communications and reporting to relevant stakeholders
Finance Business Partnering
Active change management for but beyond the finance function
As change ambassador communicate on all levels for change impact across the functions
Driving set up for finance excellence in local, regional & global finance organization
Designing, assessing, implementing and continuously improve finance processes, systems, organization and capabilities that enables finance to provide fast, more accurate, more relevant and more insightful information and analysis to the business
As part of regional finance management active contributor to all capabilities of finance organization
University degree required with a preference in Finance or Accounting
7+ years of professional work experience in handling finance operations of a similar organization
Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
Strong understanding of finance processes & systems
Strong financial modeling, business analysis and data analysis skills
Change management experience and sensitivity
Innovative mindset to explore and implement ways to streamline processes or increase efficiency
Attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
