The ideal candidate will have experience in oil and gas/mining industry and will be open to fly in/fly out for 14 days on and 14 days off work schedule on a remote camp site.ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership teams to provide proactive strategic HR support, coaching and guidance related human resources programs and activities .Support leadership teams in building an organizational culture based on trust, openness, and accountabilityPartner with leadership teams to manage employee performance, conflict management, complex employee relations, as well as, conducting workplace investigations.Make compensation recommendations for new hire positions and internal position changes.Review and process approvals for employee life cycle changes.In collaboration with the HR leadership team, support the delivery of the annual HR People Plan and strategy.Partner with Recruitment and leadership teams to identify, develop and deliver people-related strategies to enhance new-hire programs.Training for Supervisors, new-hire onboarding, team building sessions.Support the delivery and execution of annual HR-related programs.Lead change management efforts related to integration of new HR tools and processes.Proactively support and deliver diversity and inclusion programs.Manage the leave-management program, including general leaves, non-occupational leaves and return to work programs.Helping HR Advisors in employee performance, conflict management, employee relations, and assign work to them as needed.Qualification:-Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar is required8+ years’ experience working in human resources and HRBP rolesChartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is an assetEmployee relations and managing LOABasic understanding of Payroll
