Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership teams to provide proactive strategic HR support, coaching and guidance related human resources programs and activities .
  • Support leadership teams in building an organizational culture based on trust, openness, and accountability
  • Partner with leadership teams to manage employee performance, conflict management, complex employee relations, as well as, conducting workplace investigations.
  • Make compensation recommendations for new hire positions and internal position changes.
  • Review and process approvals for employee life cycle changes.
  • In collaboration with the HR leadership team, support the delivery of the annual HR People Plan and strategy.
  • Partner with Recruitment and leadership teams to identify, develop and deliver people-related strategies to enhance new-hire programs.
  • Training for Supervisors, new-hire onboarding, team building sessions.
  • Support the delivery and execution of annual HR-related programs.
  • Lead change management efforts related to integration of new HR tools and processes.
  • Proactively support and deliver diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Manage the leave-management program, including general leaves, non-occupational leaves and return to work programs.
  • Helping HR Advisors in employee performance, conflict management, employee relations, and assign work to them as needed.

Qualification:-

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or similar is required
  • 8+ years’ experience working in human resources and HRBP roles
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is an asset
  • Employee relations and managing LOA
  • Basic understanding of Payroll
