As the Director, Future of Work & Workplace Experience, you will define and operationalize strategy across our growing capability, including workplace programs & policies, location strategy (where we work and why), tools and technologies that enable working effectively, and experience strategies that drive connection including global travel guidelines and our annual Summer Fun Fest gathering. Through research and networking, explore innovation and optimization in effective work practices.
Develop workplace and location strategy, policies, and programs to support priorities of workplace connection, attendance compliance, and capability maturation.
Provide requirements and lead processes to systemize portfolio elements like attendance management and location governance.
Partner with Legal and P&C Partners on nuanced applications of location & workplace policies.
Partner with Facilities to plan and design change management and communications for office moves or workplace policies.
Support the organization with travel guidance for remote commuters, business trips, and gatherings.
Educated to degree level in related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives.
Represents multiple perspectives in people-centric approach - inclusive design experience an asset.
Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
