YOUR MISSION

As an ERP Developer, your primary role is to guide the company in effectively managing its information flows by developing tailored solutions that align with its business operations. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, recommending and developing appropriate technological solutions while ensuring the continuous maintenance and enhancement of the company's ERP system. Additionally, you will provide essential support to internal users, including training and assistance with application usage.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze the structural requirements of the organization and recommend efficient solutions;
  • Draft comprehensive specifications based on the company's needs;
  • Test and implement software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems;
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal clients;
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the ERP system to ensure its reliability and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions;
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the ERP system based on feedback from internal stakeholders;
  • Document business processes and system configurations for future reference and training purposes;
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization;
  • Integrate the ERP with other Systems used by the company (Project Management, HR and Finance).
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
  • Proficiency in Netsuite (strong asset);
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript or Java (highly preferred);
  • Experience with web services and integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or Workato (strong asset);
  • Solid understanding of database management and SQL;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript or Java development and web services;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) with a intermediate level of English (you need to be able to give trainings in both language);
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle principles;
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms like PowerBI or similar tools.
