HEALWELL AI is looking for a Director of Strategic Initiatives to help us with strategic initiatives across the company. Working closely with company leadership, you will be tasked with a range of projects including research into new growth areas and key operational leadership assignments across the various companies owned by HEALWELL AI

 

The Director of Strategic Initiatives will require the same high degree of business acumen and entrepreneurial drive that helped us get to where we are today. We are looking for A players who are not afraid to roll-up their sleeves and have a can-do attitude. You have a bias for action, you love research and have demonstrated past successes.

 

As the Director of Strategic Opportunities, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, subject matter experts, physician advisors and external partners. You won’t have to do it alone, but you’ll be one of the quarterbacks of important strategic initiatives and leadership opportunities across the company.

The ideal candidate has 5 years experience in consulting or operating in other relevant industry.

 

Please note that the base salary role for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 + bonus. Please do not apply if this is not in your base salary range as there is limited flexibility here.
