- Evaluate product designs for manufacturing compatibility
- Lead design and implementation of new processes
- Engage in continuous improvements to reduce waste
- Conduct time-motion studies and line design
- Develop safety and quality-enhancing jigs and fixtures
- Engineering degree with related manufacturing experience
- Ability to achieve Canadian security clearance
- Strong experience with continuous improvement techniques
- Proficient in CAD software and data analysis
- Excellent communication and training skills
