Rejoignez l’équipe en tant que technicien(ne) de laboratoire Dans ce poste, vous devez accomplir des tâches au niveau de la production des milieux de culture et du contrôle de la qualité.

Vos responsabilités:
  • Effectuer la production des milieux de culture.
  • Suivre minutieusement les protocoles préétablis de préparation des différents milieux de culture.
  • Utiliser les machines de production.
  • Effectuer le contrôle qualité des milieux de culture.
  • Remplir de façon adéquate la documentation du laboratoire.
  • Effectuer l’entretien des équipements selon les procédures établies pour les calibrations et les validations.
  • Assurer le suivi des cas problématiques et des résultats hors-normes auprès du Superviseur et l’aviser sans délai.
  • Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils documentaires pour l’amélioration et la standardisation des tâches au laboratoire.
  • Participer au maintien des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire.
  • Respecter les normes d’assurance qualité établies.
  • Respecter les règles de santé et sécurité en place.
  • En cas d’absence, remplacer le superviseur en effectuant certaines tâches pour permettre la continuité et le bon déroulement des opérations.
  • Assister le superviseur dans toute tâche de contrôle et assurance qualité et compléter adéquatement la documentation de ces contrôles.
  • Aider à la formation des employés du département.

Exigences :
  • DEC/BAC (Techniques de laboratoire / Microbiologie / Biotechnologies) ou toute autre discipline connexe;
  • Minimum de 1 an d’expérience;
  • Connaissance de l’analyse des paramètres microbiologie;
  • Être organisé, proactif,autonome et être doté d'un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression;
  • Maîtrise du français & anglais fonctionnel (lecture de documentation);
