Rejoignez l'équipe en tant que technicien(ne) étudiant de laboratoire Dans ce poste, vous devezaccomplir des tâches au niveau de la réception des échantillons et des analyses de routine en microbiologie. Vous procédez à la calibration et au contrôle de la qualité requis par ces analyses selon les règles internes établies ainsi qu’à la compilation et la transmission des résultats d’analyse à notre système informatique.

Vos responsabilités:
  • Préparer les solutions, milieux de culture et contrôles;
  • Effectuer des analyses microbiologiques;
  • Remplir de façon adéquate la documentation du laboratoire;
  • Effectuer l’entretien des équipements selon les procédures établies;
  • Assurer le suivi des cas problématiques et des résultats hors-normes auprès du superviseur;
  • Effectuer différentes tâches d’entretien au laboratoire (ex : aires de travail, laverie, autoclave);
  • Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils documentaires pour l’amélioration et la standardisation des tâches au laboratoire;
  • Utiliser des techniques de laboratoire adéquates pour minimiser les risques d’erreur d’étiquetage, de confusion dans les échantillons et de contamination croisée entre les échantillons et d’autres matières;
  • Participer au maintien des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (BPL), au respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) de Santé Canada et des règles de biosécurité;
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité en place;
  • Participer aux investigations et reprises d’analyses suite à l’obtention des résultats non-conformes;
  • Qualification, vérification et calibration des instruments de laboratoire (balances, pH-mètre, incubateurs, etc.);
  • Participe à toutes les rencontres de formation pour assurer le maintien de ses qualifications techniques et de ses connaissances professionnelles à jour;
  • Préparer le matériel requis pour exécuter les analyses de microbiologie et être proactif;
  • Détecter les cas de non-conformité et les communiquer toute de suite au Superviseur;
  • Avoir un haut niveau de précision et de rigueur dans la préparation des échantillons et dans les étapes analytiques, respecter les délais et minimiser et éliminer les risques des erreurs;

Exigences :
  • DEC en biotechnologies ou BAC en microbiologie ou toute autre discipline connexe;
  • Connaissance de l’analyse des paramètres de microbiologie;
  • Être organisé, proactif, autonome et être doté d'un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression;
  • Maitrise du français& anglais fonctionnel (Lecture de documentation);
