Mississauga Toyota is currently seeking a Senior Product Advisor/Sales Advisor with automotive sales experience (preferably Toyota experience) to join our growing sales team The individual must have a valid OMVIC license. 

A Product Advisor is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with guests while being a product specialist advising guests on the right vehicle purchase. As a team player, the Product Advisor strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and exceed sales goals.
  • Work with guests to understand their needs and answer questions or concerns.
  • Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products available services, pricing and key features.
  • Build strong relationships with guests to help grow the sales network.
  • Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the guests.
  • Additional duties assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid OMVIC certification.
  • Automotive sales experience is a requirement.
  • Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanour and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Self-motiving with an excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
  • Loves a fast pace environment.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of technology.
  • Experience with a CRM tool is considered an asset.
