Position Title Faculty Marketing Management, Campaign Communications and Creative Process and Production

BCIT’s School of Business + Media is seeking a temporary, part-time (0.33 FTE ) Faculty to teach in the marketing management diploma in the digital marketing and brand strategy option for the fall and winter terms (from September to mid-March) in the areas of campaign communications and creative process and production. Courses are taught on weekdays, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, in person and on campus in Burnaby.
Applicants should have 8+ years of experience in campaign communications and managing projects and teams through the creative and design processes, including: tailoring communications to different audiences; creating compelling, high-impact communications; writing and assessing creative briefs and style guides; managing creative production and execution across digital media.
The right candidate will have a proven track record of strong self-direction and leadership, the ability to adapt to new working environments quickly and self-sufficiently, and a commitment to the next generation of marketers (as evidenced by mentoring or similar experience). They will also have experience in coaching, teaching, or managing teams on projects related to marketing strategy development and execution.
Marketing credential required; BCIT business diploma an asset.

An established network of relevant professional contacts in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, and beyond.
Excellent English-language communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
