Our Waterloo office is looking for a Vault Clerk to join their team

Initial review and organization of existing original, executed estate planning documents in on-site vault;
Process new executed estate planning documents, including:
Create and prepare affidavits of execution, estate planning reporting letters and records books;
Enter information into record-keeping system and arranging for safekeeping of original documents in on-site vault;
Respond to requests for records and information and retrieve original documents from on-site vault;
Community College Certificate or Diploma or equivalent combination of experience;
~2-3 years of working experience in a professional organization;
~ Advanced technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Able to learn new software systems with ease;
~ Experience in Wills & Estates is considered an asset but not required.
