We’re building our team to advance the chiropractic profession in Ontario. We’re recruiting for a temporary full-time Programs Coordinator with an opportunity for this position to turn into a full-time position . and have direct responsibility for key projects. Programs Coordinator, full-time temporary (7 months – leave coverage July 2024 – January 2025) - Hybrid
We deliver a range of programs, services and initiatives to help our members and partners deliver quality patient care and improve Ontario’s health care system.
The role of the Programs Coordinator will play a vital support role in the planning and execution of various OCA programs and initiatives designed to enrich the experience of members and enhance the value of their membership. Reporting to the Manager, Member Programs and Interim Manager, Member Engagement, this position offers a great opportunity for a proactive, self-starter with a passion for healthcare and a desire to grow within the association / non-profit field.
Coordinate the effective delivery of a portfolio of member programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, the Mentorship program, the New Graduate Volunteer Membership program, the Awards program, and the OCA Advance Webinar and Workshops program,
Provide support in preparing materials, sourcing and analyzing information, tracking progress, monitoring timelines, and following up on outstanding items for member programs as required,
Provide administrative support to various advisory councils, committees, and working groups,
Support in-person engagements and member events on-site as needed*, and
Perform special projects and duties as assigned.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines,
Fluency in English language
Experience with SalesForce and database management systems preferred, and
Fluency in French would be an asset.
