Seeking an HR Administrator for a Government sector client. This is contract until the end of September with the possibility of extension.Hybrid: 3 days onsite (at least Wednesdays), 2 days from home (usually Fridays)Initially will be more full time onsite for training, then will move to Hybrid, approximately 2 weeksDuties:Offering administrative support to the HR team across various functional areas, including training and development, compensation, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and DEI.Acting as the main HR contact for employees in all divisions and departments, addressing escalated questions and requests from the HR admin inbox and employees.Serving as a resource for employees and management on policies, procedures, standards, and requirements, utilizing independent judgment, knowledge, and interpretation.Gathering data through multiple methods, such as surveys and HRIS.Using Tableau and/or PowerBI to analyze HR data and identify trends.Developing, updating, editing, and contributing to HR reports.Creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly present findings.Coordinating logistics for training events, including liaising with facilitators, scheduling courses and events, tracking attendance, arranging catering, coordinating IT/AV needs, and addressing employee questions or concerns.Drafting, editing, and reviewing documentation for all HR functions and taking meeting minutes as needed.Requirements:A post-secondary diploma or certificate in Human Resources or a related field.At least five years of demonstrated experience in an HR Administrator role.The ability to manage multiple demands while remaining highly adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities.Experience in developing HR reports and supporting documentation.Proven effective communication skills.Good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority and exercising independent discretion to solve problems and prioritize multiple tasks.Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Exceptional attention to detail
