We are seeking an E-Commerce Director to support XYON’s growing revenue and platform team.
The E-Commerce Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the XYON E-Commerce business and for achieving sales targets. You will use data to brief optimizations into the development and marketing teams to improve user journeys and ensure growth of organic traffic, improved AOV, and better conversions and customer retention.

Position Responsibilities:

Site Operations & Strategy:
Interact with the business to build a clear and prioritized backlog, effectively translating business interactions and feedback into actionable product development plans.
Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
Recommend modern approaches to achieve a digital seamless experience, prioritizing “shopability” and delivering an excellent consumer experience on the website.
Testing: Improve lower funnel KPIS through a test and learn approach, continuously implementing changes and validating outcomes to maximize on marketing lead generation opportunities.

Digital Experience:
Lead analytics effort to understand site and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve the online customer journeys and generate revenue.
Develop a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, customer needs, market trends, and industry insights to deliver product and process innovations.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Technology teams to continuously optimize landing pages, content display, product information, on-site search.
Analyze, synthesize, and present data in a way that is actionable for project stakeholders and executives.
Participate in QA processes, perform testing and validation to ensure product quality and reliability.
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and competitive landscapes, adapting product strategies accordingly. Focus on how AI could transform product appeal and relevance to customers and stakeholders.
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly ecommerce results reports.

Leadership:
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional set of teams to ensure the correct desired digital experience is delivered on time and on brand.
Display a dedicated approach to motivate, develop and retain talent.

Qualifications:
~ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent amount of relevant professional experience
~10+ years of relevant experience in B2C eCommerce
~ Proven ability to manage an E-Commerce business
~5+ years of people management experience
~ Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to lead high-performance teams
~ Adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
~ Exceptional ability to present, persuade and inspire at all levels in an organization
~ Thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity.
~ Must have the ability to identify and eliminate roadblocks, provide escalation management, build consensus, and foster a solution-oriented culture.
