Our client, is currently looking for a Corporate Law Clerk. Multiservice law firm servicing clients both nationally and internationally.
- Office located in Orangeville

Complete various corporate forms and documentation;
- File and submit charitable applications and related documentation through the Canada Revenue Agency online portal, and monitor status of filings and documentation;
- Prepare draft documentation including correspondence, agreements, resolutions and by laws
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Law;
- Successful completion of Legal Assistant or Law Clerk diploma program;
- Experience with charitable and not-for-profit clients will be considered an asset;
- Familiarity with the Worldox and PC Law;
- Proficient with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams,);
