Lead Game DesignerIf you're a visionary leader with a strong passion for games and a drive for excellence, we'd love to hear from you Join us in creating happy gaming experiences that resonate with players worldwide.Responsibilities：Lead and manage the development process, from concept to release, ensuring that games are delivered on time and within budget.Overall accountability for product outcomes, including engagement, sentiment, revenue, and operational costs.Collaborate closely with product analytics to gather insights and drive data-informed decisions.Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.A problem-solver, who actively seeks and implements new ways to improve studio processes and workflow.Ensure a player-centric approach in our game design process, that aims to deliver truly best-in-class player experiences.Requirements：Bachelor’s degree and above with minimum 5 years of experiences in game development, strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release on mobile.Has a deep systematic understanding of what a game as a product entails (development, publishing, market, how in-game and marketing metrics work, analytics, etc.).Significant Casual/Social Casino games experiences, as developer and player.Excellent team management and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in a similar leadership role.Experiences working across time zones and languages (Chinese/English) will be excellent！Tuyoo Games type: developer, publisherEmployees: 1500+What are you working on?Genres: Casual, Social Casino GamesPlatforms: iOS, AndroidSalary: Negotiable（basics & bonus）Country: Relocated or Remote
