- Exécution : créer l’environnement qui permettra à nos équipes à travers le monde, de donner vie à leurs idées et de tenir les promesses faites à nos clients.
Soutenir et encourager l'innovation au sein d'AXA, en collaboration avec la division Group Business Innovation ;
- Group Security : protège les salariés, nos parties prenantes et la marque AXA en sécurisant les informations et gérant la cyber sécurité, la sécurité physique ainsi que la résilience des opérations ;
- Group Emerging Technology and Data : définie les ambitions concernant la maturité des données du Groupe ; conduit la recherche et l’expertise ; assiste les entités les moins matures en termes de données ; GO Strategy/Finance & Group SPM : s’assure de la cohérence des projets globaux avec la stratégie du Groupe ; veille à la mise en œuvre et performance des projets stratégiques ;
- GO General Secretary & Risk : définit le framework de management du risk et s’assure de sa bonne intégration dans la conception de nos produits et procédures afin de favoriser la prise de décision dans un environnement plus sécurisé.
- GO Transformation : accélère la transformation agile au sein de Group Operations ; Dans ce contexte, vous intégrerez l’équipe Security, Strategy and Awareness au sein de Group Security.
Rattaché(e) au Head of Security, Strategy and Awareness, vous aurez pour missions principales de :
- Accompagner et supporter le projet de recherche de l’équipe, sur des questions de cyber sécurité, nouvelles technologies et potentielle menaces et la réalisation d’un « innovation radar » pour Group Security :
o Identification et analyse des sources
o Design et rédaction des délivrables en anglais (rapports, briefings, présentations)
o Rédaction et contribution aux security briefings
o Support des projets d’anticipation de l’équipe, sur des questions de l’évolution des technologies, bonnes pratiques et régulations liées à la sécurité.
o Préparation d’articles pour les newsletters de Group Security (e.g., Anticipation. Security , One Security Newsletter, AXA Security Newsletter).
o Accompagner et supporter les activités de Thought Leadership d’AXA Group Security, e.g., coordonner les actions nécessaires dans nos engagements externes et aligner les parties prenantes, identifier toutes les opportunités et les partager en interne/externe pour valoriser la contribution d’AXA
o Support à l’animation des communautés (e.g., Intelligence & Anticipation, Security Public Affairs)
o Support des activités liées à la stratégie de sécurité 2024-2026
- Contribuer à l’animation de la communauté Intelligence & Anticipation
Contribuer aux initiatives de leadership et au programme d'engagement piloté par Group Security avec des partenaires internes et externes.
- o Veille sur l’évolution des régulations
o Préparation d’articles pour les newsletters de Group Security (e.g., Security Essentials & Security Updates, Security Anticipation Newsletter, AXA Security Newsletter).
Des compétences en anticipation dans un grand groupe international
- Des compétences de gestion de projet avec une grande diversité de parties prenantes à coordonner
- Votre autonomie sur des projets professionnels
Les questions de sécurité à l’international (veille pays, cybersécurité, etc.)
- Comprendre les enjeux stratégiques d’un grand groupe international
- Prendre des initiatives et mener des projets en autonomie
- Formation : Relations Internationales, Défense et Sécurité, Sciences Politiques, Affaires Publiques
Rythme d’alternance idéal : 3 jours entreprise / 2 jours école par semaine,
Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Compétences techniques / Hard skills:
- Connaissance des enjeux de sécurité dans un monde numérique
- Capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse (en anglais notamment)
Langues : Anglais et Français courant (tous les documents seront à rédiger en anglais)
