Working as part of STAN's Go-To-Market Team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in the strategic growth of the STAN brand by maintaining and updating the website, designing go-to-market collateral, and creating various forms of content. The Role:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns (especially email campaigns), managing them from ideation to execution, including video, email sequences, social funnels, and landing pages.
  • Website Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure content is current and engaging.
  • Go-To-Market Collateral: Design and produce high-quality go-to-market collateral, including one-pagers, brochures, and case studies.
  • Content Creation: Develop a variety of content types such as video podcasts, social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, and articles to promote the STAN brand and drive qualified leads.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert on STAN's products to effectively communicate their value through content.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee STAN's social media presence, maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across channels.
  • Content Strategy: Audit current marketing campaigns and buyer personas, creating an improvement plan as the STAN product develops.
  • Growth Strategies: Execute new and creative growth strategies that increase conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, adjusting campaigns based on consumer behaviour.
  • Industry Relationships: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds wisely.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, educate, motivate, and convert.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and modern SEO strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Familiarity with WebFlow, HubSpot, Search Console, Clearbit, or similar marketing tools and website platforms.
  • Strong design acumen with the ability to create campaigns that reflect an outgoing and positive STAN brand image.
