We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Act as the primary liaison between RevUp Dental and assigned clients.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project objectives according to clients' requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and development, and to meet client expectations.
Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding project progress and milestones.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service.
Creative problem solver and strategic thinking.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
