Our technology is deployed in high-traffic venues like airports, stadiums, corporate campuses, and universities , enabling brands like PepsiCo and institutions like MIT to engage audiences and drive sustainability goals.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer engagement, driving expansion, and making data-driven decisions to create outstanding client experiences.
Customer Success & Growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships , ensuring long-term value and satisfaction.
Expand engagement within accounts by aligning customer needs with Oscar's evolving capabilities .
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer education, troubleshooting, and support .
Foster a community of customer advocates who provide valuable feedback and insights.
Data-Driven Impact & Innovation
Use customer data and insights to enhance engagement and drive measurable impact.
Monitor and improve customer experience metrics (e.g., Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance automation, and scale customer success operations .
Strategic Thinker: You think beyond retention —you look at expansion, value creation, and long-term partnership building.
Data-Driven Storyteller: You love analyzing customer data, uncovering trends, and presenting compelling insights that drive action.
Relationship Builder: You know how to navigate complex customer relationships , de-escalate conflicts, and turn at-risk accounts into success stories.
Process-Oriented & Tech-Savvy: You're passionate about system-building, automation, and efficiency . Experience with CRM tools, customer success platforms, or analytics tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Notion, ChatGPT, etc.) 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in B2B SaaS, sustainability, IoT, or tech-driven environments .
~ Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data analysis, NPS tracking, and reporting .
~ Familiarity with automation, AI, or sustainability technologies is a plus.
