Job Title: Director, Business Development Performance & Analytics
Location(s): Toronto or Montreal office
Performance and Analytics, a division of Regulatory and Analytical Services, is an investment processing service group that provides performance measurement, analytics, and reporting services to Asset Management, Insurance, Wealth Management, and Pension Funds clients. Due to recent growth and prospects, the Performance and Analytics team is searching for an addition in the Performance Measurement space.

For key large clients, act as the main interface or consultant pertaining to performance analytics and their subsequent reporting. Provide business analysis for product development items, projects, and client-directed queries.
Guide and advise on new Performance Services client implementations.
Provide oversight of daily and monthly tasks to clients and ensure exceptional quality of client deliverables.
Contribute to growing the Performance & Analytics business globally.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and senior executives.
Business Development:
Act as the primary regional subject matter expert and a key performance measurement and analysis resource within the organization.
Staff Development & Training:
Potentially manage and motivate interdisciplinary teams in various global locations.
Research, validate, and recommend various analysis methodologies to keep current with industry trends and needs.

10-12 years of experience in investment performance measurement or a related field
Solid understanding of investment performance, ex-post risk, GIPS, and attribution analysis best practices
Strong knowledge of a range of asset classes, such as equity, fixed income, and derivatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel
Experience managing people
Relational database knowledge (MS-SQL, Oracle) and basic SQL querying is preferred
Experience providing software implementations and ongoing support services is preferred
