Les techniciens de maintenance sont efficaces, apprennent rapidement et sont enthousiastes à l'idée de se salir les mains. C'est un poste idéal pour quelqu'un qui aime être debout plutôt que d'être assis à un bureau toute la journée
Effectuer une variété de tâches liées à l'entretien des espaces et des chambres des clients, y compris le dépannage et les réparations légères - plomberie, électricité, chauffage et climatisation, caractéristiques structurelles.
Effectuer l'entretien périodique des équipements de CVC, d'électricité, de plomberie et d'autres équipements du bâtiment et des chambres.
Maintenir une zone de travail propre et organisée tout en effectuant les tâches liées à l'entretien, à la réparation ou à l'installation.
Coordonner, rencontrer et soutenir nos sous-traitants, notamment les peintres, les poseurs de papier peint, les fabricants de meubles, les photographes, les femmes de ménage et d'autres corps de métier spécialisés.
Effectuer des visites approfondies des appartements et des contrôles d'entretien.
organiser et documenter les informations et les mises à jour relatives au projet
Chez Sonder, nous adoptons une approche holistique pour offrir à nos clients le plus haut niveau de service et la meilleure expérience possible. Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des opérations et/ou de la maintenance
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
Des certifications en opérations et maintenance, par exemple en menuiserie, électricité, CVC, plomberie, sont un plus.
Vous devez avoir un emploi du temps flexible et être prêt à travailler certains week-ends si les affaires l'exigent.
Les moyens de transport fiables comprennent le vélo, la marche, les transports en commun, le scooter et/ou d'autres formes de transport en commun qui permettent des temps de trajet raisonnables entre les sites dans le cadre du travail).
