Equipment Parts Manager

As a Parts Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the parts
growing profitable parts sales, exercising disciplined expense control,
Sports is the number one Marine and Power Sports dealership in Western Canada,
Work closely with the Parts Asset Manager to
maintain an effective and accurate parts inventory control system that meets
Participates in evening and weekend customer events
(trade shows, customer appreciation, and any necessary help required in other
Parts warranty claims and parts returns within the required time frame to
Recruits, hires, develops, and retains key talent to meet these needs.
- Develop and implement an effective training program
Effectively manage and develop the parts team
through effective performance management processes done on an annual basis
(housekeeping that exhibits a high degree of professionalism.
Minimumof 3 years of Parts Management experience (or Assistant
Journeyman Parts Certificate (or equivalent years of trade experience).
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Office, Excel and
Windows.
- Solid coaching and employee development skills.
