Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Development Manager who is fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong bonds with the Chinese community and a proven track record in sales or customer service.

This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the Chinese community to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and target business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese, both written and spoken is a Must
  • Strong connections and established relationships within the Chinese community.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
